| Well folks, I'm Skip, known
as "Skipper" to my mommy (Otternot) and daddy (Trucker Jim) and the
rest of my family. The rest of the family consists of my big brother
"Bear" and two darn birds. I was born on September 8, 2001 in Oklahoma,
so I am well travelled. My older brother was born in Texas, so he's
just a little more timid than me. I'm not afraid of anything and I
let everyone know that I am in charge. When I was very little, my
Mommy and Daddy bought me at a place called "Trader's Village" and
I'll tell you I was glad to get away from there. By the time I got
home I realized I had to be very assertive as I wasn't very big. In
fact, when I first came home I didn't even weigh two pounds. Course
now that I'm all grown up, I am barely over five pounds. My brother
calls me "mouth" because I tend to be a little on the bossy side.
I just call it knowing what I want. Because I am registered, my folks
said when I got to be older, they would find girlfriends for me. Well,
that hasn't happened, but I am not going to give up hope. I keep trying
to practice, but no one or nothing seems to be cooperating. When my
folks brought me home we lived in Texas. Bear and I got to go outside
in the backyard, but didn't see much of anyone. There was a BIG dog
next door and I would go up to the fence and scoot real close, thinking
it would let me practice my male instincts with it, but I was too
little and the fence was solid cedar wood. About the time I would
get that Rotweiller's attention, my brother would come over and put
his two cents in and chase the other dog away. When I first arrived,
I was a little stand offish and didn't want people to pick me up,
but as I get older and wiser, I have learned that if you act real
nice, you can get ALMOST anything you want. In March 2003, my entire
family moved from Texas to Washington State. Talk about a long trip!!
We stayed in our rooms most of the way or in the back of the van.
Mommy and Daddy let us out to go potty, but tied a darn thing around
our necks so we couldn't run like we like to. In Colorado, we found
snow. That was way cool! Bear was afraid, but I just ran around like
I was a big boy. The folks said I just looked like yellow snow, whatever
that is. When we arrived in Washington, I immediately set out to explore
the town of Mossyrock. Needless to say, they were not happy with me,
so they built this big fence and we play in it. I really don't mind
that at all. It is so big and I can see forever. The only thing I
am having a little trouble with is dodging these things coming from
the sky. Mommy and Daddy says they are called "walnuts" and "pears".
You are supposed to be able to eat them. Those walnuts are damn hard,
I'll tell you right now. My mouth is to small to take a bite out of
them, but the pears are good. We have a big porch where Mom and Dad
come out to sit and do things like pit cherries and snip beans, or
just sit. Cherries are not my very favorite thing, but I sure like
to munch on those pits. Once in awhile my girlfriends come to visit.
One is named "Alex." Alex is not interested in sex at all, but she
is nice enough. She's a big gal, so guess it doesn't matter how interested
she is, I'm just too short. Other than that, life is pretty fine for
us. If you want to contact me, just e-mail my mommy or daddy.
